Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly and professionally to requests for skilled maintenance and repairs.

• Ensure that all work is executed efficiently and professionally.

• Assist in scheduling, supervising, and communicating with contractors to gather bids and verify the completeness of their work.

• Acquire maintenance supplies as necessary for properties.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and thorough repairs related to plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, exterior issues, and basic electrical tasks.

• Take ownership of work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance across portfolio properties.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related trade.

• Willingness to travel within your designated region.

• This position is 100% field-based.

• Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and executing comprehensive repairs across standard trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.

• Capability to manage and complete independent work orders.

• Proficiency in budgeting time and materials.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and clients.

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and 75+ lbs with assistance.

• A current or previous plumbing license is an advantage.
