Field Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Sharp Performance's rollout system at customer locations.

• Facilitate rollout sessions and oversee setup and dismantling activities.

• Act as the representative of Sharp Performance on-site.

• Establish trust with command staff and frontline employees.

• Liaise with department leadership and personnel.

• Finalize post-rollout documentation and transition information to the Customer Success Manager.

• Document rollout results, achievements, and follow-up requirements.

• Provide field insights and feedback to product, coaching, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel for approximately three rollout weeks each month.

• Ability to fly to customer locations, conduct rollouts, and travel autonomously.

• Capacity to travel for a maximum of 16 consecutive days before a mandatory home week.

• Availability for up to 11 travel weeks each quarter.

• Require 30 days' notice for non-deployment blocks longer than five business days.

• Capability to lead sessions and manage on-site setup and breakdown.

• Confidence in engaging with department leadership, command staff, frontline personnel, and staff.

• Proficient in clear and honest communication, especially under pressure.

• Skill in reading the room and adapting while upholding standards.

• Ability to complete post-rollout documentation and transitions effectively.

• Capacity to work independently and make decisions with limited information.

• Comfort speaking to an audience that may not engage actively.

• Strong commitment to serving first responders and their spouses.
