Field Finance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze customer concerns and challenges to formulate mutually beneficial resolutions.

• Cultivate a dealer network and nurture robust business connections through effective communication and follow-up.

• Conduct a call cycle and establish a relationship framework to promote increased and repeat business.

• Travel to deliver an appropriate level of service while ensuring continuity in phone response when out of the office.

• Communicate program details to the channel to facilitate proper administration.

• Offer front-line service and assistance to dealers.

• Assist with marketing initiatives at all phases through educational support.

• Expand and develop third-party partnerships utilizing the Input Finance product.

• Provide training and support across the Crop Input distribution network.

• Act as the primary contact for channel participants.

• Implement delivery, maintain, and enhance solutions and services to optimize product usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Capability to perform well under time constraints.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ambitious with a strong desire to achieve success.

• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, diversified agricultural production, and livestock enterprises.

• Willingness to travel regionally, up to 50% of the time.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
