This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the program management function within Kaseya's Global Events organization.
• Convert global event strategy into a cohesive annual and multi-year portfolio plan.
• Manage the global events calendar, balancing business priorities, regional demands, budget, and team capacity.
• Direct event intake, business case evaluations, prioritization, and portfolio planning reviews.
• Build and lead the Events Program Management team.
• Establish frameworks, phase gates, decision rights, playbooks, templates, timelines, RACI models, and run-of-show standards.
• Implement status reporting, risk assessments, executive checkpoints, post-event reviews, and process enhancements.
• Manage complex multi-workstream programs including flagship conferences and global sales kickoffs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and regional teams on scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Oversee dependencies, critical paths, scope alterations, and issue resolution across concurrent programs.
• Provide recommendations and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
• Manage consolidated financial oversight, multimillion-dollar budgets, multi-currency forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Lead resource and capacity planning involving employees, agencies, and freelance partners.
• Drive global sourcing strategies and negotiate with venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
• Set vendor performance standards, service levels, and scorecards.
• Oversee the events technology and tooling roadmap, including project management, registration, event platforms, CRM, and marketing automation integration.
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs, such as budget adherence, attendee satisfaction, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and event ROI.
• Produce executive dashboards and portfolio reporting with actionable insights.
• Utilize data and insights to enhance planning precision, operational efficiency, and business results.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of event program managers.
• Define roles, career trajectories, competency standards, coaching, mentorship, succession planning, and professional growth.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in event program management, event operations, or a similar program management role, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record of managing a global portfolio of large-scale conferences, customer and partner events, executive programs, sales kickoffs, and trade shows across various regions.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing or leading a PMO, or implementing program governance, standardized processes, and scalable operating models.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets, multi-currency forecasting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Background in technology, cybersecurity, IT services, or high-growth organizations.
• Advanced proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, and Jira; event management platforms like Cvent; CRM and marketing automation systems including Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
• In-depth knowledge of international event logistics, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional program management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation across concurrent programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, often without direct authority.
• Experience leading distributed teams in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
