This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Manage the Field Engineer team's efforts to provide technical support for sales account teams, development, engineering, product management, and tribal casino clients.
• Organize activities of the Field Engineer group in support of client-facing units, product development, technical personnel, product administration, and tribal casino customers.
• Oversee requirements analysis, project scheduling, defect triage, and initiatives for process improvement.
• Collaborate with department management and partners to meet business objectives.
• Clearly communicate expectations and offer mentorship to team members.
• Ensure precise documentation and prompt reporting of project and process obligations.
• Implement corrective training and counseling to uphold compliance with company policies.
• Direct the research, design, and development phases, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Create proposals, statements of work, designs, plans, and timelines.
• Plan and deliver technical and clerical training for new Field Engineers.
• Organize interviews for prospective Field Engineer candidates.
• Oversee work schedules and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tribal gaming regulations.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections of Aristocrat equipment located in customer server rooms.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in the Field or Customer Service is necessary.
• Casino gaming experience is preferred.
• Must possess the ability to take initiative and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects with varying complexity.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven track record of diligence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including substantial written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a multi-functional team at various levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, presentation software, Project, Visio).
• Capability to work independently and spearhead technical initiatives.
• Willingness to travel – 0 to 25%.
