Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Manage maintenance of sectional doors, loading bays, and other access solutions within the industrial sector.

• Independently perform corrective and preventive maintenance at client locations.

• Operate in the field with a detailed daily schedule, utilizing a company-equipped vehicle.

• Identify and promote the sale of spare parts according to company policies.

• Manage assigned spare parts (Van Stock) and conduct the annual inventory.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients within the Industrial Service department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent technical background (Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of automatic entrance systems such as gates, motorized barriers, sectional doors, rapid doors, and hydraulic platforms.

• Strong customer management skills in the service context, with a focus on problem resolution.

• Good ability to interact with clients and colleagues to provide and process information regarding the products handled.

• Proficient in using common computer devices such as personal computers, tablets, and smartphones.

• Determination and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships.

• Aptitude for solving technical problems.

• Ability to work independently while planning one's activities.

• Energy and enthusiasm.

• Willingness to travel daily.

• Reside in the Alessandria, Asti, or nearby areas.
