Field Engineer 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare setting to guarantee the optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.

• Foster relationships with customers and ensure prompt communication, resolution, and appropriate follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure all work performed is documented, including the ordering of parts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military training, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in servicing electrical equipment.

• At least 2 years of experience in servicing Imaging equipment.

• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
