This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to guarantee optimal healthcare service delivery to patients.
• Execute troubleshooting, service repairs, and installations of moderate complexity.
• Facilitate communication with customers and act as the escalation point for customer-related issues, including installations.
• Take ownership of customer issues from dispatch or identification through to resolution.
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure the best solutions for the customer.
• Oversee installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair requirements for designated equipment.
• Utilize customer insights and relationships to support customers and drive service sales, focusing on contract and on-demand revenue growth.
• Foster relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication, resolution, and proper follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure daily documentation of all work performed, including debriefing, metrics, and part orders.
• Collaborate with customers and/or the sales team to suggest value-added services that will enhance the efficiency of their business operations.
• Employ the GEHC escalation process when necessary, working closely with regional and national support to define and implement corrective action plans for customer issues.
• An associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education, accompanied by 3 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical proficiency in CT, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
