This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Supervise and guide District Services Managers, Assistant Market Managers, Branch Install Managers, Sales Managers, and Regional Provider Managers throughout a multi-district geographical service area.
• Emphasize pipeline management, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and provider oversight to attain profitability while ensuring an exceptional installation experience.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing field associates.
• Articulate the strategic vision of Home Services.
• Ensure the safety of associates and adherence to regulations and requirements.
• Achieve or surpass targets set for assigned sales plans.
• Collaborate with field leadership, RVPs, regional support teams, and DMs across departments.
• Address escalated customer concerns in conjunction with field leadership.
• Foster and enhance selling and operational skills through education, coaching, mentorship, and motivation.
• Assess sales, financial, and operational metrics within the designated service area.
• Recognize opportunities and implement strategies for improvement.
• Execute the Home Services strategy to drive growth, profitability, and an improved customer experience.
• Optimize diverse talent while overseeing talent decisions and retention strategies across a vast geographical area.
• Generally report to the Senior Director Services and manage six direct reports.
• Travel overnight more than 50% of the time.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Ability to derive accurate conclusions from financial documents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant professional experience in Home Services, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training.
• Background in a retail setting, home improvement sector, or general construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional work experience.
• Experience in managing people across multi-unit or geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated capability to drive strategy and change management through input, delivery, and execution of initiatives.
• Experience in adopting new technologies and applying them to business applications.
• Experienced in assessing and developing strategies for multiple locations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
