This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the complete event calendar and field marketing strategy for a designated region or channel.
• Create and implement targeted GTM event programs tailored for key verticals and accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to synchronize event portfolios and invitation tactics.
• Develop comprehensive playbooks for the planning, execution, and assessment of events, dinners, and tradeshows.
• Maintain consistent processes for pre-show, on-site, and follow-up activities across multiple events.
• Assess the ROI of the event portfolio and adjust budget and efforts towards the most effective investments.
• Enhance marketing systems, technology infrastructure, automation, and templates.
• Oversee vendor and partner portfolios, including discussions regarding performance.
• Coordinate with AEs, CAMs, and partners across various events.
• Establish standardized processes for stakeholders to minimize collaboration barriers.
• Lead projects, mentor and coach team members, drive improvements in processes, and encourage adoption.
• 6–8 years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of events or a regional/channel program, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated history of evaluating ROI across various events and reallocating resources to optimize performance.
• Experience in managing vendor and partner relationships, including discussions on performance and escalations.
• Experience in developing GTM programs for specific verticals or strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to create systems, playbooks, or templates.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior marketing professionals.
• Comfortable serving as an escalation point for issues involving vendors, partners, or internal stakeholders.
• Familiar with event management platforms like Cvent or Splash.
• Knowledgeable in marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or strategic account segments.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing principles and designing vertical-specific campaigns.
• Experience in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
• Must complete a criminal records check upon hiring.
• Must be a citizen of Canada or the United States, or eligible to work in either country.
