Field Case Nurse Manager – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct visits to individuals who have sustained injuries from auto accidents or workplace incidents at their homes or during medical appointments.

• Facilitate the coordination of care for injured claimants with healthcare professionals and insurance providers.

• Oversee the medical components of claims related to workers’ compensation, automobile incidents, and health insurance.

• Travel across the surrounding counties in the Northern New Jersey region.

• Assess customer needs and gauge their satisfaction levels.

• Adhere to quality standards for services rendered.

• Maintain a work schedule from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.

• Associates Degree or BSN is preferred.

• 2 to 3 years of nursing experience required.

• Familiarity with medical management pertaining to workers’ compensation, automobile, and health claims.

• Understanding of hospital environments and administrative processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to assess situations.

• Capable of applying logic and reasoning to evaluate different solutions and strategies.

• Must possess the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Valid New Jersey driver's license without restrictions.

• Travel within surrounding counties is necessary.

• Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.

• Experience in Case Management is a plus.

• Background in ER, Rehabilitation, or Home Health nursing is beneficial.

• Must have a solid understanding of the English language structure and content.
