This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee the Field Applications Engineering division for Advanced Industry.

• Formulate and execute a thorough field application strategy alongside peers and business stakeholders.

• Build and maintain technical relationships with major accounts, adopting a CTO perspective.
• Collaborate with segment leaders, account managers, factory engineers, and product management teams.
• Establish and uphold benchmark customer excellence processes.
• Engage in customer meetings to ensure outstanding service, timely support, and customized solutions.
• Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to track, assess, and report on applications performance.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Manage budget planning and oversight for the field applications division.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and meet financial goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
• A minimum of 5 years of applications experience in advanced manufacturing (Solar, Battery, etc.), commercial semiconductor manufacturing processes, industrial HVAC manufacturing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics is preferred.
• Strong capability and motivation to develop a deep understanding of customer applications.
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside conventional frameworks.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse field situations.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% or as necessary, both domestically and internationally.
