Field Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage robotic systems in the field, aiding in testing and data acquisition.

• Oversee remote operations and provide support during client demonstrations and presentations.

• Enhance communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Record technical challenges, test outcomes, and client feedback.

• Diagnose hardware and software problems while contributing to ongoing workflow enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to boost system performance and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

• Excellent communication abilities—capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Readiness to travel extensively throughout the country.

• A current passport and valid REAL ID (or equivalent travel documentation) is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in collaborative team environments.

• Practical experience with robotics hardware (such as drones, quadrupeds, humanoids, or similar) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of basic electronics, sensors, and robotic subsystems.

• Fundamental coding/scripting skills (Python, C++, or similar).

• Previous experience in field testing, remote operations, or client-facing technical positions is a plus.
