This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise software solutions.
• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical roles, including data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts.
• Oversee and support essential production processes, such as provider directory feeds, credentialing feeds, provider data quality processes, Medicaid provider registration, and downstream provider data transmissions.
• Write efficient code for enhancements and bug resolutions.
• Create and develop software solutions and process flows in alignment with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify and execute improvements for performance, scalability, automation, data quality, and repeatability.
• Diagnose production issues, ascertain root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Develop, execute, and assess unit and integration tests.
• Evaluate architectural impacts and solutions arising from business requirements.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements, assess design feasibility within time and budget constraints, and estimate necessary work.
• Produce conceptual and detailed technical design documentation.
• Provide implementation expertise for rollback, post-installation, data migration, support plans, and associated artifacts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience gained through the achievement of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill indicative of the level of this position.
• Strong experience in application development and data engineering.
• Proven understanding of provider data and provider directory processes, especially within Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, ETL/SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Intermediate proficiency in Snowflake.
• Experience in application and software development.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and software design.
