Field Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel to convenience store locations within the designated territory.

• Foster relationships with store managers and their staff.

• Organize and display products to enhance visibility and boost sales.

• Deliver products directly to the designated stores.

• Track and assess inventory levels.

• Restock items and process orders as needed.

• Generate invoices for restocking orders.

• Provide post-visit reports and complete route documentation via mobile technology.

• Keep shelves, product displays, signage, and planogram accuracy well-maintained.

• Ensure deliveries are timely and accurate.

• Represent Max Distributing in a professional manner at all accounts.

• Efficiently manage schedules and routes while working independently.

• Conduct multiple store visits each day.

• Contribute to sales growth throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior industry experience is necessary; training will be provided.

• Relevant experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising is beneficial.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• An acceptable driving record is required.

• Capability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day.

• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

• Must be reliable and dependable.

• Self-motivated and driven individual.

• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient with smartphones and mobile applications.

• Must be professional and customer-focused.

• Should reside within the assigned territory.

• Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Ability to climb and work at heights between 9 to 12 feet.

• Must be able to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for a minimum of 3 years.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 30% and outside the assigned geography with prior notice.

• Capable of completing multiple store visits daily and driving up to 100 miles per day.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
