
Field Account Manager, Fleet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee a profitable fleet business at the territory level.
• Drive daily business development to achieve or surpass sales targets for national, regional, and local SMB accounts within the designated territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in national accounts at the local level.
• Guide the execution of business plans specific to national accounts and act as the primary field-level contact for these accounts.
• Lead the training of store teammates to effectively implement SMB account strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, field, and marketing teams to fulfill service commitments.
• Assess challenges hindering fleet sales, address customer concerns, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve escalated fleet customer issues, including those related to billing and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a leader and subject matter expert on BSRO for fleet accounts.
• Facilitate in-person planning meetings with national accounts at local venues.
• Comprehend customer needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
• Foster connections with local store managers and teammates.
• Ensure BSRO store teams are informed about available fleet-management tools.
• Present business outcomes and action items during weekly region meetings.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with field leaders to identify needs and highlight B2B business trends within the region.
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in managing fleet accounts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of industry and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients across the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Reside in or near the Denver, CO area.
• Minimum of 8 years of fleet experience (preferred qualification).
• Experience in retail fleet management (preferred qualification).
• Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification at the start of employment if hired.
