
FEMC-P Transition Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and execution of FEMC-P transition activities.
• Gather, organize, and monitor documentation, records, procedures, drawings, asset information, and technical data related to the transition.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity planning.
• Manage transition schedules, action-item trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Document current operations, processes, workflows, and maintenance practices.
• Engage in transition meetings and keep records of decisions, action items, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in the collection, verification, and reconciliation of facility and asset data.
• Identify and monitor operational dependencies, risks, and issues related to the transition that require resolution.
• Prepare transition reports, briefings, metrics, and documentation for review by leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, organizational policies, records management practices, and information security standards.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Capable of passing a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in project support, administrative coordination, facilities support, operations support, construction administration, maintenance planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation.
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
