📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and Forward Deployed Executives at the start of engagements.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of client operations and redesign them based on foundational principles.

• Achieve proficiency in areas such as insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycles, and asset management.

• Design and implement production GenAI systems within client environments.

• Develop and enhance production RAG systems.

• Create evaluation frameworks, establish success metrics, instrument systems, and utilize evaluations to inform design decisions.

• Write production-level code across AI, backend services, and data pipelines.

• Deploy systems to production environments on AWS, or GCP/Azure as required by clients.

• Deliver containerized solutions with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainability.

• Transition systems to clients effectively.

• Enhance Provectus blueprints through insights gained in the field.

• Lead architecture reviews and generate technical design documentation.

• Contribute to engineering standards and mentor fellow engineers.

• Collaborate with the FDX on Business Unit KPIs and shared objectives.

• Oversee the technical direction of proposals and scoping efforts.

• Promote adoption and facilitate change management processes.

• Present results convincingly to client engineers and executives.

• Shape commitments prior to finalization.

⛳️ Requirements

• B2+ level of English proficiency.

• Proactive, self-directed mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership.

• Willingness to comprehend and engage in the client’s business processes before coding.

• Establish credibility with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit heads and CTOs.

• Ability to create scoped, phased implementation plans that include deliverables, dependencies, risks, and cost estimates.

• At least 7 years of experience in building and managing production systems.

• Strong foundations in AI/ML and an understanding of model failure modes.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying production LLM applications and agentic workflows.

• Familiarity with multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool utilization, state management, and recovery from partial failures.

• Experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI and various agent frameworks.

• Background in building and optimizing production RAG systems.

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Experience in making and justifying architectural trade-off decisions.

• Hands-on experience with AWS production services including Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with containers, ECS or Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD practices applied to AI pipelines.

• Experience in developing or managing an evaluation suite for non-deterministic systems, including ground truth and release gates.

• Knowledge of model and agent monitoring as well as drift detection.

• Experience in cost and latency optimization, including model tiering and caching strategies.

• Hands-on production experience within the Claude ecosystem, including Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, and skills files.

• Understanding of MCP and the circumstances under which it is preferable to REST integration.
