This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Copilot Studio agents, which encompass both declarative and custom agents.

• Implement conversational flows, topics, orchestration, and generative responses.

• Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, and various enterprise data sources.

• Enhance agent performance through conversation analytics, user feedback, structured testing, and iterative adjustments.

• Create automation workflows utilizing Power Automate and associated connectors.

• Assist in configuring secure authentication, which includes OAuth, app registrations, and API connections.

• Work collaboratively with governance and platform teams to ensure that solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.

• Construct and maintain Power Automate cloud flows; support for desktop flows is also provided.

• Develop reusable components and patterns for approval workflows, notifications, routing, data updates, and exception management.

• Create solutions in line with governance requirements, encompassing environments, DLP considerations, solution packaging, and deployment methodologies.

• Contribute to documentation, technical design artifacts, and best practices for solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in building Copilot Studio agents in a professional capacity.

• At least 4 years of experience working with Power Automate, including knowledge of triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.

• Over 4 years of experience with Power Platform fundamentals, covering environments and solutions, connectors and authentication patterns, and governance concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI agents.

• Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, and relevant technologies.

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization purposes.

• A strong problem-solving attitude.

• A willingness to learn about evolving AI technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for measurement metrics and historical trends is a plus.
