Farsi Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kuwait.

📋 Description

• Develop lesson plans utilizing provided materials and tailor instruction to meet individual student needs.

• Foster a supportive environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and explore the language.

• Inspire students to reach their language goals by employing the Berlitz Method.

• Track and document student progress following each lesson.

• Deliver instruction using Berlitz platforms and technology.

• Adhere to a schedule that aligns with personal availability, targeting 15–20 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Farsi at an expert level.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Minimum download and upload speed of 15 Mbps each.

• Reliable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is insufficient.

• PC or laptop operating on Windows 11 or higher, or macOS 11 or higher.

• Linux is not compatible with the necessary applications.

• USB headset and camera required.

• A backup system is necessary in locations prone to load shedding.

• Minimum base processing speed of 2 GHz.

• RAM of 8GB or more is required.

• Ability to commit to 15–20 hours per week.

• Must maintain the original schedule for the initial 3–4 months.
