Family Resources Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, compile, and present three to five pre-screened resources tailored to clients’ specific requirements through telephone and internet investigations within two business days.

• Secure a minimum of three referrals for each request.

• Organize research into detailed referral packets adhering to ComPsych Work-Life branding and quality standards within a two-day timeframe.

• Fulfill three requests daily while upholding quality standards.

• Follow up with clients regarding each work-life package within three business days.

• Strive to achieve a 100% client satisfaction rate.

• Prepare a new work-life package within one business day if satisfaction standards are not met.

• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, new products, and special projects.

• Acquire resources and referrals that align with client needs through telephone interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to share research insights and referrals.

• Record all work-life packages in ComPsych databases.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven internet research capabilities.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Work or Psychology.

• Resources must be available in both English and Spanish.

• Translation of HelpSheets and other documents into Spanish as necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over the phone.
