📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate family law cases, statutes, and legal precedents.

• Perform legal research and compile succinct summaries and case notes.

• Draft, review, and annotate family law documents including custody agreements, divorce decrees, and prenuptial agreements.

• Identify critical legal issues, arguments, reasoning, and risk factors in case files.

• Assess AI-generated legal content for precision, clarity, and legal validity.

• Offer structured feedback and necessary corrections.

• Articulate complex family law concepts in clear and precise written language.

• Collaborate with remote project teams utilizing digital tools.

• Uphold a high standard of legal precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Significant professional experience in family law.

• Experience managing complex family law cases within a BigLaw firm, leading law firm, or a similarly high-complexity legal environment.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and case analysis.

• Experience in drafting or reviewing family law agreements, court documents, or legal memoranda.

• Proven ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedents.

• Strong capability to review complex legal documents and identify key issues.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
