This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +8 more states.
• Create short- and mid-term sales territory strategies for the Western Great Lakes region.
• Act as the main sales representative within the territory, emphasizing both sell-in and sell-through.
• Monitor supply and demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors to maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
• Collect customer feedback and deliver market insights to leadership.
• Serve as the primary sales liaison for dealers within the designated territory.
• Utilize phone, email, and ZenDesk to fulfill communication SLAs and support dealers.
• Offer customer support, upselling, technical assistance, and manage relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Promotions, and Supply Chain teams.
• Travel for dealer visits and support key events.
• Oversee the POP program with accounts.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years in customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience with product forecasting, goal setting, and performance evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capability to use a computer, tablet, and keyboard.
• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently under general guidance and limited supervision.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP by Design or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• Availability of remote work options.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 8 hours a day.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary based on job responsibilities.
