This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Guide and mentor a remote team of facilities management and engineering experts across various client locations.
• Ensure a high standard of service excellence, outstanding service delivery, and superior customer experiences across a widespread US site portfolio.
• Act as a strategic liaison and main regional contact for clients at their properties.
• Manage CMMS operations throughout the region.
• Supervise facility condition evaluations, building-system assessments, and meticulous financial record management.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to provide integrated maintenance and repair services, workplace experience initiatives, succession planning, and client assistance.
• Assess and monitor vendor performance in relation to client expectations and contractual commitments.
• Propel client satisfaction initiatives, resolve issues, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work alongside Site Engineering, Engineering, PDS, MAC, and OP teams to enhance asset management and address work orders.
• Assist in the development and management of the capital budget while supporting both short- and long-term strategic client projects.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management.
• At least 2 years in a director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent educational and professional experience.
• Proficient knowledge of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, furniture management, and building energy management systems.
• Experience in managing extensive facilities maintenance operations and soft services across multiple locations.
• Expertise in vendor management, contract administration, and oversight of lease portfolios.
• Background in expense management, budget development and monitoring, and financial reporting for facilities operations.
• Experience in capital planning processes and the execution of capital improvement projects.
• Strong customer service focus and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in managing corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Preferred: experience with subtenant relationships and complex lease portfolios.
• Preferred: advanced data analysis skills and data-driven operational insights.
• Preferred: familiarity with lease management systems and processes.
• Preferred: FMP, CFM, or similar professional certifications.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise-level CMMS platforms and system optimization.
• Preferred: achievement of KPIs in multi-site facilities management.
