This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Deliver hands-on maintenance, repair, and infrastructure support for a district or region encompassing two to five distribution or logistics facilities.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, dock equipment, and building envelope systems.
• Regularly travel between assigned facilities to implement maintenance strategies, conduct inspections, and carry out repairs.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for facility infrastructure systems within the designated district.
• Identify equipment and system deficiencies, determine necessary corrective actions, and either execute or coordinate repairs.
• Perform facility inspections and rounds to assess risks, compliance issues, and deferred maintenance needs.
• Coordinate, oversee, and ensure quality control of contractors and service vendors.
• Maintain CMMS documentation, which includes work orders, inspection records, asset history, and follow-up actions.
• Act as the first point of escalation for facility-related issues and emergencies.
• Support facility uptime during peak periods, critical events, and emergencies.
• Carry out minor mechanical, electrical, or conveyor-related repairs.
• Communicate effectively with operations leadership, safety teams, and district management regarding facility conditions and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to LGSTX, customer, OSHA, as well as local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance is required.
• Proven experience in supporting comprehensive building systems.
• Experience in coordinating contractors and service providers across multiple sites is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, and exhaust equipment.
• Understanding of electrical distribution systems, including lighting, panels, receptacles, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and domestic water infrastructure.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of dock doors and dock levelers.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proficient with CMMS platforms and basic computer applications.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training is preferred.
• Full-time employment.
• Travel between assigned facilities as needed.
• 100% travel coverage across sites located in Denver and Colorado Springs.
