Facilities Director – West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee Aramark's service delivery for Facilities Management Contracts

• Provide services to clients in an efficient and innovative manner

• Offer guidance to ensure that all services uphold the highest standards

• Enhance contract growth while ensuring retention of existing contracts

• Lead, manage, and develop assigned contracts, achieving or surpassing financial and operational goals

• Regularly assess supplier services to guarantee adherence to standard methodologies and value for money

• Manage employee development, performance evaluations, and succession planning

• Focus on customer satisfaction and cultivate effective relationships with key client stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and expand current offerings

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards

• Follow company policies, procedures, and processes for people management

• Drive continuous improvement through standard methodologies and innovative practices

• Create and present strategic reports for client relationship management, identifying trends and implementing actions

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Project Management Services

• Proven track record in budget management and cost control

• More than 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity

• A formal 3rd level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services role

• Established leadership abilities

• Proficient in planning and prioritizing tasks

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Effective influencing skills

• Proven history of managing and developing personnel
