Facilities Director – Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of Aramark services for facilities management contracts.

• Provide efficient and innovative services to enhance contract growth and ensure retention.

• Offer leadership, management, and development for assigned contracts.

• Ensure that financial and operational objectives are not only met but exceeded.

• Regularly assess supplier services for best practices and value optimization.

• Manage the development of employees, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach and build effective relationships with key client representatives.

• Discover opportunities to provide additional services and expand existing offerings.

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and personnel management protocols.

• Drive continuous improvement through established methodologies and innovation.

• Create and present strategic reports to aid in client relationship management, identify trends, and initiate action.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering facilities management, maintenance, and project management services.

• Proven history of budget and cost management.

• Over 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

• Formal third-level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services position.

• Established leadership abilities.

• Capable of effective planning and prioritization.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient influencing skills.

• Proven success in people management and development.
