Export Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of the company for international authorized dealers and end customers.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts.

• Create and expand new dealer territories.

• Drive machine sales in global markets.

• Collaborate with dealers to formulate annual sales plans.

• Facilitate effective communication between dealers and the manufacturing facility.

• Continuously assess market trends, technology advancements, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare and provide quotations.

• Assist dealers in competitive scenarios.

• Conduct training sessions for sales personnel.

• Support potential customers during visits to the factory.

• Discuss financing and rental options with clients.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to create innovative solutions.

• Participate in trade fairs and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in mechanical engineering or international B2B sales of construction machinery.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for premium products.

• Capability to independently devise sales strategies.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
