📋 Description

• Manage, enhance, and strategically cultivate a network of expert witnesses.

• Comprehend client needs to negotiate terms for expert witness agreements.

• Actively research and identify specialists to address the changing needs of client litigation.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new expert witnesses in response to case requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date records of existing experts.

• Lead intricate negotiations and oversee contract renewals.

• Address sensitive requests from clients.

• Collaborate with the operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of focused recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing unconventional, highly technical positions.

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
