Experimentation Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, KPIs, and revenue prospects.

• Own and manage the experimentation roadmap, encompassing hypothesis development, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.

• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), upselling, and post-purchase experiences.

• Monitor conversion rates, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to facilitate growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimization initiatives.

• Support data-driven decision-making by providing reporting, insights, and performance analysis.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Higher education in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation.

• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to transform data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Leadership experience or a willingness to cultivate leadership skills is a plus.

• Advanced experience in goal, KPI, and metric tracking is an advantage.
