Experiential Designer – Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of graphic design elements for global experiential marketing initiatives.

• Design for small to medium-sized activations, summits, trade show displays, environmental graphics, and regional pop-up events.

• Adapt brand and creative direction into graphics suited for local and regional settings.

• Take into account materiality, surfaces, architecture, lighting, and spatial movement.

• Operate independently on global projects and bring design concepts to fruition.

• Establish design language across various applications, environments, and a broader channel mix.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the larger brand team.

• Communicate design insights to internal teams and partners.

• Assign tasks to junior designers, artworkers, and external collaborators.

• Produce artwork-ready files as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated design expertise with a solid conceptual foundation.

• Experience in guiding projects from initial concept through design to final delivery.

• Knowledge of spatial and architectural principles.

• A genuine passion for integrating graphics, materiality, and physical space.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant Adobe software.

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and confidence in leveraging AI within the design process.

• Ability to advocate for ideas, collaborate across departments, and manage planning and timelines.

• Capability to produce high-quality work.
