Experienced Travel Consultant – Emergency Service Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international business travel by air, road, rail, and accommodations for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Ensure that reservations are made in accordance with client standards and preferences.

• Provide knowledgeable travel recommendations as a trusted advisor.

• Manage simple, complex, non-standard, multi-destination bookings, ticket exchanges, and intricate fare structures.

• Make adjustments and resolve routine as well as non-routine travel issues prior to or during assignments.

• Analyze and explore travel options while proactively anticipating the needs of travelers.

• Promote additional services utilizing effective telephone service techniques.

• Respond to special customer requests.

• Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System.

• Operate in a multi-account, high-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant.

• Proficiency in GDS (Sabre) across both domestic and international markets.

• U.S. citizenship is required due to Federal Government contract obligations.

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent teamwork abilities.

• A positive, “can-do” attitude.

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

• Must be adaptable and ready to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Capability to function within a 24/7 operational environment.
