Experienced Team Leader – Sales Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives and sales specialists who work from home.

• Oversee team performance, track results, and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.

• Maintain a strong virtual presence within the home-based team and engage with employees on a daily basis.

• Facilitate regular virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and discussions with employees.
