Experience Architect

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead design teams throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Establish project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps that align with business goals

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Facilitate customer discovery efforts, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative design sessions

• Implement design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies

• Develop engaging narratives and communicate design concepts that demonstrate business value

• Utilize AI tools to foster innovation, enhance efficiency, and expedite design delivery

• Oversee research initiatives and distill complex data insights for strategic decision-making

• Provide thought leadership in pre-sales, go-to-market strategies, and business strategy discussions

• Assist in dual-role responsibilities such as Human Centered Change, training delivery, and cross-functional initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in experience design, user research, interaction design, or related disciplines

• Demonstrated history of leading design teams and managing intricate design initiatives throughout project lifecycles

• Experience in consulting for enterprise-level technology transformation programs, preferably at Fortune 500 companies

• Strong expertise with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms

• Background in dual roles such as Human Centered Change, training delivery, business strategy, or pre-sales/go-to-market support

• Advanced proficiency in human-centered design, design-thinking methodologies, interaction design, and journey mapping

• Exceptional visual design and prototyping skills

• Robust research and synthesis abilities using both qualitative and quantitative data

• Capability to strategically frame problems, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and manage client relationships

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks

• Competence in presenting to and fostering relationships with executive-level stakeholders

• Excellent communication abilities, adept at navigating challenging conversations and providing constructive feedback

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time

• Appreciation for the benefits of working on-site with clients

• Strong preference for candidates with Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience

• Experience in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Energy sectors is preferred

• Prosci Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification is preferred
