This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee intricate, multi-destination travel plans for 30 team members, accommodating short-notice travel needs.
β’ Collect, verify, and compile thorough expense documentation for invoices, including traveler identification, per diem tracking, hotel invoices, and transportation costs.
β’ Act as the main contact during emergencies or travel disruptions.
β’ Immediately account for deployed personnel.
β’ Arrange temporary work locations and modifications for emergency travel.
β’ Collaborate with the Project Manager on data entry, compliance documentation oversight, asset returns, and various administrative responsibilities.
β’ Assist in deploying up to four compliance inspection teams weekly across the continental United States.
β’ Ensure accurate reimbursement for travel expenses and uphold operational readiness for federal compliance inspection teams.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in coordinating government travel.
β’ 3β5 years of experience assisting travelers with expense reimbursement procedures, including per diem, lodging, transportation, and rental car costs.
β’ Ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage unexpected changes in inspection dates, natural disasters, contingency communications, and alternative routing.
β’ U.S. Citizenship.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Capable of passing a Tier 2/public trust background investigation, which includes a credit check and an in-depth background review, potentially encompassing medical records and drug use history.
