Exercise Science Adjunct Faculty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct undergraduate courses in Exercise Science through an online platform.

• Create and present course materials that align with program and institutional expectations.

• Offer timely, constructive feedback on assignments and proactive academic assistance.

• Keep precise and current records of student progress and grades.

• Collaborate with the Program Director and faculty members to improve course quality and strategies for student engagement.

• Report directly to the Program Director for Exercise Science.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology.

• At least 18 graduate credit hours specifically in the relevant teaching discipline.

• Active professional certifications from nationally recognized organizations, such as ACSM or NSCA, are highly preferred.

• Prior experience teaching online undergraduate courses in higher education is strongly preferred.

• Proven commitment to promoting student engagement and success in a virtual learning setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital communication tools.
