Executive – Supply Chain, SD Power User

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational support for SAP SD, focusing on sales orders, deliveries, billing, and STO processes.

• Address issues related to sales orders, including pricing, tax, plant, material master, credit blocks, and incomplete orders.

• Resolve delivery-related challenges and assist with material availability for successful order fulfillment.

• Manage invoice-related issues such as pricing, tax, HSN, FI/CO errors, e-invoices, and e-way bills.

• Oversee credit and debit note matters while supporting RGRN processes.

• Assist with DC and STO operations, which include order creation, invoicing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain and rectify customer, pricing, material, HSN, and tax-condition master data.

• Ensure compliance with GST through accurate tax setup, updates, and validation.

• Support processes related to scrap sales and asset transfers, including pricing, tax, and invoicing.

• Monitor and rectify system errors, such as VFX3, billing blocks, delivery blocks, and COGI where necessary.

• Create and manage IT/support tickets.

• Assist in SAP configuration, testing, and the implementation of new processes.

• Conduct user training and provide guidance to teams on SAP SD processes and best practices.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning.

• Lead initiatives for process improvements, documentation, and audit compliance within SAP operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD or order-to-cash operations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, encompassing sales orders, delivery, billing, and STO.

• Proficient in GST, taxation, and invoice management within SAP.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities for interacting with internal stakeholders, external partners, government agencies, brokers, and logistics providers.

• A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving compliance issues, documentation inaccuracies, and operational delays.

• Strong skills in Excel and analytics, along with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain setting is desirable.

• Familiarity with SAP integration involving MM, FICO, or APO modules is a plus.

• Exposure to SAP configuration, testing, or system enhancement projects is advantageous.
