Executive Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, assisting managers in identifying, hiring, and retaining top-tier candidates.

• Manage the candidate journey from the initial interaction to interview preparation and final offer discussions.

• Foster relationships with managers and executives to comprehend departmental hiring needs and job requirements.

• Design, enhance, and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill stakeholder hiring demands.

• Utilize various recruiting channels and innovative methods to discover quality candidates and prospects.

• Enhance WelbeHealth’s employment brand through social media, recruitment platforms, markets, and networks.

• Create and sustain pipelines of both active and passive candidates.

• Act as a strategic recruiting partner to senior executives and hiring leaders.

• Develop customized search strategies for exceptional leadership talent.

• Provide counsel on hiring decisions and establish executive search pipelines for future requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; professional experience may be considered in lieu.

• At least three (3) years of comprehensive recruitment experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with escalating responsibilities.

• A minimum of two (2) years of executive recruitment experience supporting Vice President, Senior Director, or other high-level leadership positions.

• Proficient in sourcing, engaging, and effectively recruiting passive executive candidates through various channels.

• Proven success in managing expectations of senior leadership, including C-suite executives and hiring managers.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and function as a strategic partner.

• Successful in creating sourcing and pipelining strategies for diverse roles.

• Experience in both agency settings and in-house recruiting preferred.

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a declination form is required prior to employment.
