Executive Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive executive and senior-level recruitment for positions in the USA and Canada.

• Identify and engage with senior and passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leadership-level talent.

• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to comprehend requirements and formulate effective search strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Monitor pipeline progress, gather market intelligence, and track recruitment activities.

• Conduct executive searches for both technology and non-technology positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in senior/executive-level recruitment through LinkedIn.

• Strong background in recruiting for the USA and Canada markets.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently during a shift from 4 PM to 1 AM IST from home.

• Preference for female candidates.

• Familiarity with hiring in Japan, Indonesia, and/or China is a plus.

• Relevant experience; the level of experience is flexible.

• Strong US recruitment experience can compensate for previous executive hiring experience if the candidate is willing to conduct executive searches.
