Executive Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Growth team to spearhead new business planning, scoping, staffing strategies, and delivery methods.

• Work alongside Creative and Strategy leaders to craft proposals, outline execution plans, and turn ambitious concepts into reality.

• Oversee complex brand, campaign, content, and digital projects from initiation through delivery when necessary.

• Develop project plans, staffing models, timelines, and budgets that harmonize creative aspirations with operational excellence.

• Act as a trusted consultant to clients and internal partners throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and devise thoughtful solutions.

• Enhance production workflows, scoping methodologies, and delivery standards.

• Mentor producers and foster a healthy, collaborative production culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in producing integrated agency work.

• Extensive experience in leading new business initiatives, including project scoping, staffing, estimating, and client presentations.

• A comprehensive background that encompasses brand, campaigns, content, marketing, websites, and digital experiences.

• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in managing budgets, profitability, and Statements of Work.

• Outstanding communication skills and confidence in presenting to executive stakeholders and prospective clients.

• Capability to instill structure in ambiguous situations while remaining flexible when priorities change.

• A collaborative leadership approach that fosters trust among multidisciplinary teams.
