This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance relationships with executives and management leaders of clients involved in Workplace benefit plans.
• Collaborate to create comprehensive wealth planning solutions that cater to the specific needs of executive clients.
• Act as a primary financial planning resource for executives who typically have $1 million or less in combined workplace and retail assets.
• Address planning requirements such as college funding, savings objectives, and early retirement strategies.
• Partner with VP Executive Planning Consultants to address the advanced planning requirements of executives.
• Work together with Managing Directors, Benefits Planning Consultants, Benefits Relationship Managers, and other associates in executive services.
• Engage new executives while strengthening existing relationships.
• Ensure a seamless client experience.
• Refer executives with higher asset levels or more complex planning needs to Vice President Executive Planning Consultants.
• Provide planning and advisory services for Fidelity’s Workplace Investing executive clientele.
• Clarify how changes in benefits may affect the financial well-being of executives.
• Introduce investment strategies and identify opportunities for consolidating additional assets.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses are mandatory.
• An insurance license is required or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is encouraged.
• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation is encouraged.
• Experience in working with executives and employee benefit plans is necessary.
• Proven ability to comprehend clients’ unique financial circumstances and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Strong understanding of brokerage, insurance, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Capability to assist clients while utilizing Fidelity’s planning, guidance, and service technology, adhering to complex regulatory requirements imposed by necessary licenses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation abilities in both one-on-one and group environments.
• Strategic thinking with the aptitude to influence executive decision-making.
• Effective practice management and execution capabilities.
• Ability to introduce investment strategies to executives while identifying opportunities for asset consolidation.
• A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of brokerage, insurance, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Proficient at engaging executives through personal interactions and relationship-building techniques.
• Ability to incorporate executives’ benefits and distinct plan provisions into the planning process.
• Capacity to offer client-focused financial planning advice and guidance.
• Understanding of corporate culture and the specific needs of executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
