This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee relationships with 25–30 members and engage in account planning alongside Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Assist members in achieving their Mission Critical Priorities by utilizing Gartner resources along with personal expertise and knowledge.
• Offer subject matter expertise, solutions, insights, and guidance to members.
• Evaluate member requirements and create tailored engagement plans that align with service deliverables and entitlements.
• Involve yourself in all stages of the member lifecycle, which includes pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
• Aid in member retention and contribute to regional growth through prospect cultivation, account plan creation, and value demonstration activities.
• Organize or engage in on-site or remote member activities, such as workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
• Establish strategic internal partnerships and drive positive change.
• Provide client-facing advice and value to senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Over 15 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership position.
• Successful track record as a CISO, CSO, or Head of Cyber Security.
• Experience in consulting and advisory roles in cybersecurity is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Resilience.
• Familiarity with technical domains such as OT Security, IAM, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Third Party Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, application of metrics, and awareness of major industry trends.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lead and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with senior technology and business leaders.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring senior-level leaders.
• Outstanding public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong collaboration and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent time management and client portfolio management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.
• Ability to operate with minimal administrative support.
• Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) or Arabic is preferred.
