Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies by marketing existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of product clinical efficacy and effectively communicate customer value propositions.

• Offer clinical support and information when necessary.

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct business analysis and seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to formulate account strategies.

• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans.

• Expand presence in new and existing accounts to enhance territory sales.

• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.

• Employ closing techniques to move sales opportunities forward.

• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.

• Negotiate sales and finalize orders.

• Report to a District Manager while serving the Seattle–Spokane territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.

• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.

• Must reside in the area or be willing to relocate.

• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.

• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales, complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of successful sales in a competitive setting.

• Proven commitment to learning about emerging technologies, including AI.

• Clinical experience is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across functions.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Skills in customer retention.

• Data-savvy with analytical skills.

• Proficient in developing partnerships.

• Knowledge of hematology and oncology.

• Understanding of market dynamics.

• Measurement of performance metrics.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales marketing.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth product knowledge.

• Expertise in relationship building.

• Proficient in sales techniques.

• Ability to project sales trends.

• Competence in strategic sales planning.
