
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Execute sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of the clinical efficacy of products and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
• Provide clinical support and relevant information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Perform business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to create account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and formulate penetration plans.
• Craft customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options in a compliant manner with customers.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales targets.
• Report directly to a District Manager in a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist position.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred experience in specialty sales and a solid understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D is preferred.
• A documented record of successful sales performance in a competitive setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies, including AI, through exploration, iteration, and practical application over time.
