This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist clients in the South Texas region as an Executive Oncology Sales Representative focused on Head & Neck.
• Report directly to a District Manager while serving as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
• Promote existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within authorized specialties and accounts.
• Showcase product clinical effectiveness and clearly communicate customer value propositions.
• Offer clinical support and necessary information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct business analysis and seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to devise account strategies.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, inquiries, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within new and existing accounts to boost territory performance.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of proven success in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the area or willingness to relocate.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales with knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales.
• Preferred: Experience with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D.
• Preferred: Documented success in sales performance within a competitive landscape.
• Preferred: Interest in AI/technology and emerging tools with a learning aptitude.
• Commission-based sales position.
