
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Promote both existing and prospective oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of product clinical efficacy and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
• Offer clinical support and relevant information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to create account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and formulate plans for market penetration.
• Develop tailored pre- and post-call plans for customers, including objectives, questions, and authorized materials.
• Increase sales by penetrating both new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Utilize company-approved marketing resources and tools, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales opportunities.
• Compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with customers.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales targets.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred experience in specialty sales and a solid understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales, managing complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
