Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote existing and prospective oncology therapeutics across designated specialties and accounts.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of product clinical effectiveness and convey customer value propositions clearly.

• Offer clinical support and necessary information as required.

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct business assessments and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Formulate account strategies in collaboration with the District Manager and internal stakeholders.

• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probing questions, and approved materials.

• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the designated territory.

• Utilize approved marketing resources, including computer-generated presentations.

• Apply effective closing techniques to progress sales to the next stage.

• Discuss access and reimbursement solutions with customers in a compliant manner.

• Negotiate sales agreements and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.

• Report to a District Manager while functioning as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed, including for overnight trips and weekends.

• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military service.

• Must reside in the geographic area or be willing to relocate there.

• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and a solid understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.

• Preferred: Experience in hospital and large account sales, handling complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven record of successful sales in a competitive market.

• Demonstrated commitment to acquiring knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application of new tools over time.
