
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Promote existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of product clinical efficacy and communicate customer value propositions effectively.
• Offer clinical assistance and relevant information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct business analysis and pursue new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal stakeholders to formulate account strategies.
• Create tailored pre- and post-call plans for customers, including objectives, probing questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales in the assigned territory by penetrating both new and existing accounts.
• Leverage company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to progress sales opportunities effectively.
• Compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with customers.
• Engage in negotiations to secure sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight trips and/or weekends.
• At least two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside within the geographic area or be open to relocating there.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales.
• Preferred: Experience managing complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D.
• Preferred: Documented record of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies, including AI.
