
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Implement sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the clinical efficacy of products and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
• Offer clinical support and relevant information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and proactively seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to formulate account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and create targeted penetration plans.
• Develop tailored pre- and post-call plans for customers that include objectives, probing questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales in both new and existing accounts within the designated territory.
• Leverage company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply effective closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss compliant access and reimbursement options with customers.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
• At least two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Candidates must reside in the specified geographical area or be willing to relocate.
• Experience in specialty sales and knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience in hospital and large account sales.
• Experience with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D is preferred.
• A documented track record of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies, such as AI, through exploration, adaptation, and the application of innovative tools over time.
• Commission-based compensation.
