This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Provide support to clients in the New York City area, encompassing Long Island, Lower & Upper Manhattan, Paterson, and Jersey City.
• Implement sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within authorized specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of product clinical efficacy and communicate customer value propositions effectively.
• Offer clinical support and information as required to meet sales targets.
• Conduct business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to create account strategies.
• Formulate customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes, and approved materials.
• Expand sales in the designated territory by penetrating both new and existing accounts.
• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to advance sales to the next phase.
• Compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with customers.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales objectives.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel as needed, which may include overnight and weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
• Experience in specialty sales with an understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
• Background in hospital and large account sales, dealing with complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven record of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape is preferred.
